However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for requesting a return or refund.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged during delivery, or substantially different from what was described.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Products that are custom-ordered, installed, or fall under non-returnable categories (as per brand policy) are not eligible for return unless there is a verified issue.
To request a return:
Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days of receiving the order.
Share your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product in case of visible damage or defects.
Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
All returned items are subject to inspection by our technical team. If the product is found to be in original condition with valid issues as claimed, the return will be accepted and the refund process will be initiated.
If the product appears to be used, tampered with, or not in its original condition, BESTIN Electricals reserves the right to decline the return.
Once your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a wrong product or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for returning the product safely to our warehouse.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the product is already packed, shipped, or dispatched from our end.
